The Knowledge Management Singapore 2015 (KMSG15) Conference theme is Unlocking the Knowledge-Ready Advantage. The conference is focused on reinforcing the organization's knowledge assets and ways how to develop a higher productivity mindset in the organization. This theme will be explored through Six Key Focus areas: Strategy, Leadership, Culture, Process, Technology and Impact.
As knowledge management is critical to improving productivity, there are different effective ways organizations can reshape their corporate strategy based on knowledge.
