ECKM 2016 or the 17th European conference on Knowledge Management will be held in Belfast in September.
The conference is a premier event for anyone interested or involved in the knowledge management.
The 2016 conference will bring academia and industry, experts and thought leaders to discuss the future of knowledge management and address the challenges faced by continuous learning in knowledge-intensive organizations and companies.
The event is an international communication forum for researchers to explore qualitative, quantitative and critical methods of knowledge management and wide range of related topics that can demonstrate how Knowledge Management strategies have been and could be applied today.
“In order to create new or modified knowledge practices, strengthen customer relationships and thus positively influence customer satisfaction, organizations must be flexible in configuring (combining) knowledge and knowledge structures in a way that is appropriate for delivering value to the customer.It must simultaneously develop effective strategies for updating the knowledge of its staff members necessary for underpinning the creation and delivery of appropriate knowledge services.“
The event will try to answer the following question: How can organizations tailor, use, and extend techniques and tools from knowledge management for improving their business practices and processes?
