What is a Cluster?
Clusters provide business teams with secure online communities and virtual workspaces.
Each Cluster consists of a home page 'Dashboard' and dedicated spaces for workgroups.
The cloud hosted, custom branded templates can be set up in 60 seconds.
-
Who are Clusters for?
Business teams, units or companywide communities benefit from a common, integrated collaboration solution that requires no software download or IT support.
Project leaders realize fast results while building long term value as their team works collaboratively.
Any professional team from 5 to 500,000 members in a pay-as-you-go model.

Are Clusters always in a Nework
Clusters may be hosted in a Knowledge Network powered by TallyFox and benefit from a comprehensive industry taxonomy around which they can build sector intelligence.
Clusters may also be standalone. They can be purchased without the necessity of being attached to a Network. Business teams or companies who would rather build their own corporate taxonomy or wish to stand apart from a sector Network can do so.
-
Are all Cluster members also members of a Network?
Members of Clusters hosted in a Knowledge Network benefit from complimentary membership in the host Network.
Members of Clusters that are not hosted in a Knowledge Network may choose to personally join a Network and benefit from the sector intelligence.
-
Video content and Twitter feeds do not show up.
TallyFox uses YouTube to store all videos on Networks and Clusters. Twitter feeds automatically are fed from Twitter.
The most probable cause for a problem in viewing video content is that feeds from YouTube and Twitter are being blocked from the location where you are trying to access the site. Contact your IT system administrator to resolve this issue.
-
How do I add an event?
Events can be posted by any Cluster member by selecting the event tab and completing the necessary fields to 'add an event', including a logo image, event description, start and end dates and a link to the official website.
-
What is in the Cluster Library?
All uploaded documents selected as public, whether added by a group member or the Cluster’s Manager & moderator(s) are made accessible to all members in the Cluster Library.
Documents that have been configured as ‘public’ and uploaded to a group will also appear in the designated group folder of the Library.
Managers and Moderators may upload documents directly into the main Cluster folder, and create subfolders to further organize documents for easy retrieval.

How do I contribute to the Knowledge Bank?
The knowledge bank consists of questions, answers, comments & polls and is located on the Knowledge tab of Networks, Clusters and EventFox homepages.
You may ask a question directly under the Knowledge tab, or pose a question to content that has been posted by another member.
Anytime that you respond to a poll, anonymous results are posted in the poll results under the Knowledge tab.
Registered members may ask a question, post an answer, or comment on any content that is posted in Media Mosaic frames. Responses to multimedia content are automatically stored in the Knowledge Bank.
In order for your questions and answers to show up on the 'Professionals' tab of the Knowledge Bank you must be registered as a professional of the Network theme. For example, on The Water Network you must be registered as a Water professional. This badge selection can be found on your profile page.

-
Where do I see the latest updates to discussions I'm in?
